Suspicious Unlicensed Script
The reserve price has already been met, so even if the auction ends at a lower price, they must sell the item. Nobody desires to incur financial losses unless this script is unlicensed or cracked. As I’ve observed, this seller is attempting to conceal the front design by disabling the landing page from this script and adding their own WordPress landing page, which can be created for $20 to $30 by freelancers on Fiverr.
Fake Website Age
At the time of writing this post, this seller claims that this website is 3 months old, but when I check it, it’s only two months old and registered on 20th April 2022.

Fake Revenue Claim
This user reports a two-month revenue of $32 in March and $46 in April. However, according to Whois, this domain was registered on April 22, 2022, , with less than ten days remaining in April. How does this seller account for $32 in March? Even it’s impossible to claim $46 in 10 days for a new website like this.
Uniqueness:
Well, the front page may be unique, but this seller intends to sell SaaS in addition to the landing page, and when compared to the SaaS application in ElitKit Script, 95% of the content and design are identical, so we cannot consider this to be unique in terms of content or design.
This is a scam, so do not fall prey to it. For $299, you can purchase directly from Codecanyon and receive direct developer support. This user is selling an unlicensed script; it is not permissible under GNU GPL to distribute software in this way.
Update: Well, this website sold for $205, which proves it’s totally a scam.
